HOW TO BOOK TICKETS

You book for Marlowe Theatre events in a number of convenient ways. 

IN PERSON
The Marlowe Theatre Box Office is situated at the Visitor Information Centre, 12-13 Sun Street, Canterbury. KENT CT1 2HX

BY TELEPHONE
Tickets can be booked on 01227 787787 with all major debit and credit cards (except American Express).

BY INTERNET
You can buy tickets on our internet site at all times.  You are now also able to pick your tickets off our seating plans, to help you decide where you want to sit.

OPENING HOURS

The Marlowe Theatre Box Office is open for personal bookings Mon - Sat 9.30am - 5pm.

Telephone bookings are available between Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm

Internet booking is available 24/7.

If paying by cheque or postal order, please make it payable to Canterbury City Council.

RESERVATIONS

Tickets can be reserved without payment for up to four days, or 30 minutes prior to the performance - whichever is soonest.

BOOKING FEE

Please note that a booking fee of £2.00 applies to all bookings made over the telephone, by post, Internet or fax.

If you would like us to post your tickets to you, an additional postage charge of 80p will be made.

There will be no charge made for bookings made in person at the Marlowe Theatre Box Office, for group bookings over 15 tickets, for Friends of the Marlowe and patrons with access needs.
