Welcome to the Marlowe Theatre Arena
The Marlowe Theatre Arena returns to host this year's spectacular pantomime, Robin Hood. The Arena will be every bit as spectacular as last year but with a new and improved seating plan that will give you, your family and friends an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Situated in the heart of Canterbury, in Kinsgmead, it is within easy walking distance of the city centre with lots of nearby car parks.
So, what will it be like inside?
- It will feel like a real theatre, only even more exciting!
- The seats will be cushioned and very comfortable.
- It will be fully-heated, making even the coldest December days seem like summer.
- It has a carpeted floor, meaning you can wear your usual glamorous outfits.
- There will be a selection of drinks, snacks and merchandise on sale.
- It will have even more toilets than the old Marlowe Theatre, so less queues at the interval!
OPENING TIMES
The Box Office at the Marlowe Theatre Arena will open one hour prior to all performances. The Arena will open 45 minutes prior to the advertised start time.
FACILITIES
The Marlowe Theatre Arena includes a large bar area serving alcoholic and soft drinks, a shop selling programmes, merchandise, sweets and popcorn, and plenty of toilets.
